Position: Customer Service Representatives - Travel Account
Location: Ortigas and BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting (Holidays and Weekends)
- Support a leading flight and hotel booking platform in Asia.
- Provide customer / clients prompt and excellent customer support.
- Answer inquiries and/or complaints on flight bookings, hotel reservations, etc. through call, email or and chat.
- At least 6 months experience within the BPO setting
- Fresh graduates (BS Tourism, International Studies and other related course) are encouraged to apply.
- Good in oral and written communication skills.
- Preferably with travel account experience
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas and/or BGC, Taguig City
